CGCL’s Caring, Giving, Changing Lives Annual Hamper Drive Score Big With La Brea Residents

On Sunday 14, December, a dedicated team of Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited (CGCL) volunteers came out in their numbers to support the company’s Annual Christmas Hamper Distribution.  Leading the charge was the Chief Executive Officer,  the Chief Administrative and Strategy Officer, Yasufumi Kawano and Corporate Affairs Manager , Mrs. Elizabeth Warner Julien.  The team was supported by employees and contractors from across the business, as well as family members who volunteered their time and service to the community.

The collective effort brought about some much-needed relief to families within CGCL’s host and fence-line communities during the festive season and was successfully executed by the team.

Continuing the spirit of giving, the Corporate Affairs Department took to the community again on Monday, 15,  December, distributing Christmas gift bags to children of all ages who lined the streets in anticipation of receiving their bags full of goodies from the company. The exercise brought laughter, cheer and merriment to our young community members, creating moments of joy and contentment that truly embodied the reason for the season.
