CGCL HOSTS A MEET AND GREET WITH THE HONOURABLE MP FOR LA BREA CLYDE ELDER ON JULY 02, 2025

Yesterday July 02, 2025, Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited (CGCL) CEO, Executives and Management Team representatives, welcomed the Honourable Member of Parliament for La Brea, Clyde Elder and his delegation, to its facilities, for a courtesy visit, followed by lunch and a Plant Tour which included a quick stop at our Control Room. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to highlight our operations, discuss ongoing developments, including opportunities for public/private sector partnership/collaboration and the strengthening of the relationship with this key stakeholder in the community. 

The Honourable MP also gave his commitment to support CGCL’s future operations and initiatives for mutual gains and commended the company for its strategic investments thus far, in the community of La Brea.  He emphasized the need to share the stories and testimonials from community members benefiting from the company’s initiative, especially where tangible results were evident, and encouraged the use of various platforms to reach diverse audiences to evoke community pride and publicly celebrate milestone achievements.  He further expressed his willingness to partner with CGCL to help amplify our message/s and to communicate the impact of our CSR initiatives within our host and fenceline communities.

CGCL thanks the Honourable MP for taking the time off his busy schedule to spend time with its Executive and Management Teams, and looks forward to ongoing engagement that supports our shared vision for progress in La Brea and environs.
