CGCL Host NGC VP Finance Technology and Risk

On Tuesday August 25 2026, Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited (CGCL) CEO Keio Kato welcomed Mr. Shiva Ramnarine, Vice President, Finance Technology and Risk at the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) and a Director of CGCL, for a site visit.

The visit commenced with a tour of the Product Methanol pipeline corridor and the Port of Brighton Berth 2, giving Mr. Ramnarine a firsthand look at the infrastructure that moves CGCL’s product from Plant to Port. The tour then moved to the Central Control Building, and the Methanol and the DME Plants, where Mr. Ramnarine was able to observe operations across the facility.  He commended CGCL for the high standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

The visit concluded with a meeting and a commitment by all parties to continue working together to strengthen the company’s overall performance and sustainability.
