10 Years and Counting – CGCL Executive, Sieunarine Ramkumarsingh Achieves Long Service Milestone

Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited (CGCL) Executive, Sieunarine Ramkumarsingh, General Manager Plant Operations, celebrates 10 years of dedicated service with the company, effective July 4, 2026.

Mr. Ramkumarsingh joined CGCL in 2016 as Maintenance Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained through leadership roles at Industrial Plant Services Limited (IPSL), Massy Wood Group Limited and Massy Distribution. His leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement culminated in his appointment as General Manager Plant Operations on May 1, 2024. In this role, he provides strategic oversight for the company’s Production, Maintenance, Technical and Supply Chain departments. Mr. Ramkumarsingh also sits as a member of the Executive Arm of CGCL, balancing both local and foreign interest for mutual gains.

He is a First-Class Honours graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and holds an MBA (Distinction) from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. His professional credentials include Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Certification, and he was recently recognized by the SMRP Caribbean Chapter, a regional extension of the global Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals, for advancing and coaching others in maintenance, reliability, and asset management excellence. Added to this, Mr. Ramkumarsingh is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA), and holds numerous specialized certifications in the field, including electrical, controls, safety and process reliability. He has contributed to the construction, commissioning, and operation of eight process plants during the span of his career, including Ammonia, Methanol, DME, Urea, Melamine, and UAN facilities, establishing preventive maintenance programs to assure safety, reliability and efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the Caribbean’s energy sector.

His leadership continues to play a vital role in advancing CGCL’s strategic objectives while working alongside the Management Team to position the company for long-term growth and success. CGCL congratulates Mr. Sieunarine Ramkumarsingh on this remarkable 10-year milestone and wish him continued success in the years ahead.
