Welcome to Orientation

We require that all persons required to conduct work activities at CGCL undergo HSSE Orientation to ensure that they understand our HSSE and site protocols.

Upon completing the HSSE Orientation Questionnaire, your orientation will be valid for one (1) year. Only persons with valid HSSE Orientation badges shall be granted access to conduct work at CGCL.

Watch Orientation Video

Log in and Watch our HSSE Orientation and complete the accompanying assessment.

Collect Certificate

Collect your HSSE Orientation Card at our head office

Register for HSSE Orientation

Please register to our HSSE Orientation portal to request orientation. On approval, you can log in and access the orientation video and the accompanying assessment.

To register you need to supply the following information:

  • Name of Person
  • Organisation Name
  • Valid Identification
  • Valid PLEA Passcard
  • 7-Point Drug Test
  • Certificate of Character from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. The validity period of the Certificate of Character is six months from the issue date.
  • Work Permit from the Ministry of National Security for non-nationals

What the 7-Point Drug Test entails

  • Cocaine/Benzoylecgonine
  • Marijuana/Cannabinoids (THC)
  • Opiate Metabolites (Codeine/Morphine, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Heroin or 6-Acetylmorphine)
  • Amphetamines
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Ecstasy/MDMA (Methylenedioxyamphetamine)
  • Alcohol
